Contact the office to get in touch with vestry members or with any question you might have.
Our phone number is 415-255-8100, but the phone is often unattended so email is the preferred channel for a quick response.
We are irregularly in the office during this period of COVID precautions, but meet weekly for our staff meeting on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. If you wish to meet with a clergyperson or staff member, please use email to set up an appointment.
Annabrooke Temple, Inward-Looking Co-Convener, acts as the Chief Operating Officer of the parish, reviewing business practices to make sure we are working in a clear and transparent way.
Barbara Nicol, Outward-Looking Co-Convener, acts as the liaison between the neighborhood and the rector, creating new relationships outside the church.
Jess Turner, Sacred Space Commissioner, helps coordinate a number of volunteer efforts around our buildings and grounds, and consults with the rest of the vestry and our staff on repair, maintenance, and capital improvements.
Rick Cornelius, Membership Commissioner, works to help peopleto become active members of the community. This begins with ensuring newcomers have a good experience when they visit. The MC also ensures that visitors have sufficient information about sharing their life and work here. This includes both our membership packet and connecting with other people.
Bill Phillips, Strategic Presence Commissioner, is responsible for communicating about St. Gregory’s using all forms of media, in order to accurately portray a vibrant and relevant Christian community.
Andy Wells, Finance Commissioner, provides oversight, advice and input to St. Gregory’s annual budget process, and monitors expenses and revenue throughout the year. The FC coordinates fundraising and is the interface between the vestry and the Treasurer.
