Vestry Minutes
The vestry is the board of directors for the church, and is elected by the membership. Terms are three years (staggered) with new members elected every spring. There are nine members: Tim Smith (co-convener), Cheryl Hendrickson (co-convener), Paul Fromberg (rector), Katherine Krebs (strategic presence), Dan Chrisafulli (finance), Margaret Simpson (life long learning), Elizabeth Boileau (secretary), Susan Sutton (sacred space), Tim Yip (membership). Leesy Taggart is the treasurer (ex oficio.) The vestry meets on the fourth Sunday of each month (no meeting in June or August) from 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM in the upstairs classroom; all members are welcome at vestry meetings.
