New Adult Education This Fall

We believe that adults learn by sharing their experience and by listening carefully for the wisdom of God in the other’s story. We believe in questioning the answers by digging deeply into Christian tradition and teaching. We also listen for God speaking in the traditions and teachings of other faiths. We believe that when you free your mind, your life will follow.
One size definitely does not fit all.
That’s why we’ve designed a three-track schedule of classes for adults. You can choose among any or all of the tracks and get a rich learning experience.
Prayer Courses are experience-based and are tuned to the needs and interests of each group. These classes meet for two or three sessions, and participation in all sessions is requested.
Core Courses are content-based classes for people who want to go deeper into the nuts and bolts of making church together. These classes meet for three or four sessions, each session building on the prior ones.
Special Courses are stand-alone classes and activities. From making prayer banners to writing letters for social change, each course is open to anyone who wants to learn something new about what God is doing in the world.
